Return & exchange policy of handmade products

Kaatjie Produkte do not offer refunds on products, but I am more than happy to exchange a ready-made product returned to me in new/unused condition if you are not completely happy.

To arrange an exchange please notify me by email within 2 days of delivery on kaatjieprodukte@gmail.com. If I receive no response from you within 2 days of receipt of your order, then I will assume you are happy with your product. Please note that in the event of an exchange the courier cost for the exchange would be for your account. 

Products that were somehow damaged during shipping or incorrectly supplied can qualify for a replacement product. In such an instance, Kaatjie Produkte will exchange the product on condition that (i) the product is returned in its original condition and (ii) the customer notifies me within 2 days of receipt of their order by email to kaatjieprodukte@gmail.com. On receipt and acceptance of returned product Kaatjie Produkte will arrange the courier collection and cover the shipping fees for the damaged or incorrectly supplied items you wish to exchange. 

Return & exchange policy of custom illustrations

Kaatjie Produkte do not offer refunds on custom illustrations. But please email me on kaatjieprodukte@gmail.com if you are really unhappy with the end result and I will make a plan. Happy customers are important!
